Cancellation Policy:

To initiate a cancellation, clients are required to notify us via email. Cancellations are subject to fees determined by the date the cancellation notice is received relative to the package’s start date. Please be aware that refunds will only be issued for the remaining balance after deducting the non-refundable deposit, as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions for Tour Packages.

Cancellation Fees:
  • Cancellations made 45 days or more before the package start date will incur a 7% fee.
  • Cancellations made between 44 to 30 days before the package start date will incur a 10% fee.
  • Cancellations made between 29 to 20 days before the package start date will incur a 20% fee.
  • Cancellations made between 19 to 16 days before the package start date will incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or less before the package start date are non-refundable, and the full package amount will be retained.
